Lviv University of Business and Law – a higher educational institution of the III-IV accreditation level, which trains specialists of the educational qualification level „bachelor” and „master”. До аспірантури приймаються особи, що мають вищу освіту і кваліфікацію спеціаліста або магістра.

У Львівському університеті бізнесу та права діють спеціалізовані вчені ради з правом прийняття до розгляду та проведення захистів дисертацій на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата та доктора юридичних, економічних наук за спеціальностями.

Під час навчання в аспірантурі надається змога здачі в університеті кандидатських іспитів з філософії, іноземної мови та зі спеціальності.

Військова підготовка здійснюється на матеріально-технічній базі Академії Сухопутних військ ім. Гетьмана П. Сагайдачного. Здобуття вищої освіти за кордоном здійснюється на базі провідних іноземних вищих навчальних закладів – Горнослазької Вищої Школи Комерції ім. Войцеха Корфантего (Польща, м. Катовіце), Школи вищої освіти в громадській та індивідуальній безпеці «APEIRON» (Польща, м. Краків), Вищої школи бізнесу (Польща, м. Нови Сонч) та National-Louis University (США, м. Чикаго).

Працевлаштування випускників: випускники по завершенню навчання зможуть працювати бухгалтерами, аудиторами, економістами та фінансовими менеджерами на підприємствах різних форм власності, банкірами, юристами, суддями та ін.
